Ready for the next blocks

The project is temporarily on hold and is ready for the second floor blocks

Concrete is poured and went well

The concrete pour is done and the forms are starting to be stripped

Ready for the second floor slab

Having passed inspection, the forming is finalized and the concrete will be poured on Monday. It will take 100 cubic yards to pour the columns, tiebeams and slab along with the stairs.

Starting the heavy forming

The scaffolding and materials have been moved from 11th street and are being used to form the tie beams, columns, 2nd floor slab and stairs which will all be poured at one time.

Tie beams are being formed

The forming continues for the tie beams, columns, second floor slab and stairs. Material will be brought from the 11th Street location for this forming

First block walls go up

The blocks are being laid for the first floor today.

The steel has been placed, inspection passed and the concrete is being poured
